Private Training
Our private personal training program is a strength training program designed around your goals in a virtual one-on-one setting with a trainer. Our private personal training is a fully customized strength and mobility program built around your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. Each session is designed to help you build muscle, improve balance and mobility, and move with more confidence in everyday life. Sessions are 30- or 45-minutes, purchased in 3-, 6-, or 12-month offerings.
Semi-Private Training
Our semi-private personal training program offers personalized strength and mobility coaching in a small, supportive group of 2-4 people with a trainer. It combines a customized a program tailored to your body and goals with the energy and encouragement that comes from others working alongside you. Sessions are 30- or 45-minutes, purchased in 3-, 6-, or 12-month offerings.
Online Coaching
Our online coaching program offers you the flexibility to train on your own with guidance and accountability provided from a trainer. In this program, you have a live virtual session with a trainer who then programs the rest of the month’s workouts and delivers them to you through an app.
Mobility Program
Our mobility program is a short-term program designed to help you feel better as you move. It’s a great way to learn some movements you can do on your own or to do before starting a strength training program to help your body learn (or relearn) how to move through ranges of motion, leading to better movement through daily life. It’s three 30-minute sessions in a semi-private (groups of 2-4) setting.
Paid Trial
Our paid trial is a 3-session introduction to training – three 45-minute sessions designed to help you experience our coaching style and see if we are a good fit for each other. During these sessions, we will assess your movement, establish clear goals, and begin building strength and confidence in movement.
